The Beach House comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a main super king bedroom with an ensuite wet room and two double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower rooms. The first-floor living area — along with the main bedroom and bathroom — is fully accessible, providing ease and comfort for guests with reduced mobility. SMART TVs are available in every room, with Sky and Sky Sports in the living area, master bedroom, and second double bedroom.
Outside, enjoy mature enclosed gardens, off-road parking, and a boatslip leading directly to the beach — ideal for morning and evening strolls, perhaps to the award winning Pub just 400m along the beach, or watching the sun set over the Firth.

We had the most amazing week at The Beach House! The kids loved the games room and beach walks, and our dog couldn’t get enough of running along the sand every morning. The house is beautifully presented, spacious, bright, and spotless, with every comfort you could think of. Getting cosy with the logburner on and us all watching a film and playing board games was just what we needed. We’ve already booked to come back next year!
